Senior Actuary – Pricing & IFRS17

Product Pricing and Analysis:

Support to set up new products and system implementation.
Perform pricing analysis for new products and product enhancements.
Conduct profitability and sensitivity analysis to assess the impact of different pricing strategies on product margins and company financials.
Analyze competitive pricing information to ensure company pricing is competitive and aligned with market conditions.

IFRS 17 Implementation:

Understand the impact of IFRS 17 on earnings and the balance sheet, providing insights to management.
Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure IFRS 17 compliance and accurate financial reporting, particularly for actuarial aspects.
Assist in establishing the end- to- end IFRS 17 reporting process.
Contribute to the development and implementation of the IFRS 17 project.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex actuarial concepts to non- technical stakeholders.
Strong hands- on experience in developing and implementing pricing models, including experience with relevant actuarial software and tools (e.g., Prophet, Moses, or Excel- based models).
Good command of written and spoken English.
A minimum of 3 years of actuarial experience, with a focus on pricing and/or IFRS17 in the insurance industry.
Completion of at least 1- 3 actuarial exams
Bachelor&039;s degree or higher in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data- driven decisions.
Proven ability to work in a cross- functional environment, particularly with underwriting, finance, and IT teams.
