We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing professional with a strong background in digital marketing and partnerships. This role involves leading a dynamic team, managing partner recruitment and development, and overseeing campaign operations to drive the success of our blockchain and cryptocurrency affiliate programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner Recruitment & Development:
Develop category expertise to provide consultative support to partners.
Search for, onboard, and incubate potential partners matching the program&039;s criteria across various channels: Affiliate Agencies/Networks, Cashback, App partners, or B2C/C2C (e.g., Communities and Individuals with influence to sell products).
Campaign Management:
Initiate and lead affiliate initiatives to drive program growth and success.
Search for, onboard, and incubate potential partners matching the program&039;s criteria across various channels: Affiliate Agencies/Networks, Cashback, App partners, or B2C/C2C (e.g., Communities and Individuals with influence to sell products).
Develop category expertise to provide consultative support to partners.
Manage Segment Affiliate campaign operations to ensure smooth execution and achievement of KPIs.
Initiate and lead affiliate initiatives to drive program growth and success.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Proven track record of leading teams and achieving performance targets.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, affiliate marketing, or partnership roles.
