Senior AI-Driven Fullstack Developer C#, ReactJS

Your Role

We’re not looking for a conventional Senior Fullstack .NET Developer. We’re looking for a game- changer, an all- rounder who can harness AI to 10x productivity and reinvent how software is built. In this role, you won’t just code—you’ll analyze business needs, design solutions, test features, and deliver products end- to- end. You’ll become the driver of AI- powered software development in our business, leading the way in transforming how we create exceptional products for our customers.
You will join as a Senior .NET Full- Stack Developer with the opportunity to grow into a Technical Lead role. Initially, your main responsibility is hands- on coding, building high- quality features, and testing the TOM software products. Over time, as you demonstrate leadership and technical ownership, you will be mentored and supported to step into a lead position where other developers will work around you.

Development & Delivery (Primary)

Own the full lifecycle: business analysis, design, coding, testing, and release.
Use AI tools to accelerate development, testing, and solution design.
Design, build, test and maintain features for:
TOM Platform – SaaS solution for ordering, invoicing, and delivery tracking.
TOM ERP – our core system for business operations.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code in .NET (C) and ReactJS (TypeScript).
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards and practices.

Technical Growth to Leadership

Lead by example and grow into the technical leader driving our AI- first approach.
Learn to guide and mentor junior developers.
Gradually take ownership of technical design decisions and system architecture.
Innovate continuously, finding smarter ways to deliver outcomes.

Support & Collaboration

Help troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in collaboration with QA and BA/PO.
Support production issue investigations when escalated.
Work closely with the Australian product and customer success teams to understand requirements and priorities.

What We’re Looking For

Business domain: ERP systems, business operation systems, workflow- heavy SaaS
English: Good communication for working directly with Australian stakeholders
Hands- on experience using AI tools in coding, testing, or solution design.
5+ years of experience with Microsoft technologies:
Experience with Azure services like SQL Azure, Web App Services, Service Bus, Redis Cache, Azure Functions.
A proactive, adaptable attitude suitable for a startup environment.
Database: SQL Server, MongoDB
Strong problem- solving skills and proactive attitude.
Backend: ASP.NET MVC (Framework and Core), C, Web API, Entity Framework
Solid understanding of system architecture, data modeling, and design patterns.
Familiar with CI/CD using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
Frontend: ReactJS (TypeScript), HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap/Tailwind

Supporting the team in resolving complex technical issues and improving coding standards.
Demonstrating strong ownership of assigned modules and services.
Building trust with the Technical Lead/Architect and showing readiness for leadership responsibilities.
Delivering high- quality features independently with minimal supervision.
