Customer focussed: You can talk to directly customers or subject matter experts and ask questions to deeply understand their needs so that you can deliver products that resonate.
Team player with an edge: You bring a strong collaborative spirit to an AI- first team, but you’re also ready to lead initiatives and be the go- to person for the features you own.
Early Adopter: You have already built a few simple apps with AI tools, experimented with mcp servers and are familiar with prompt engineering.
System Architecture Design: Strong experience in designing and implementing system architectures, including defining technical solutions and making high- level design decisions.
Fluent in English: You’re a smooth communicator, capable of turning technical jargon into easy- to- understand ideas for both teammates and stakeholders.
Backend engineering experience: at least 5- 7 years of backend engineering experience in one or more programming languages (Python, Java).
Knowledge or experience with Prompt Engineering is preferred or demonstrate a strong willingness and ability to self- learn Prompt Engineering.
