Senior AI Engineer

Design and Build AI Agents

Implement Agent- to- Agent (A2A) communication and evolve the Multi- Component Protocol (MCP) to enable agent collaboration and orchestration.
Develop AI agents capable of performing cybersecurity- specific tasks such as accurately detect, classify, and analyze security alerts, identify anomalous behaviors, and summarize complex incidents.

Develop and Optimize LLM- based Systems

Design, deploy, and optimize LLM- based services, with models running in a self- hosted setup on cloud infrastructure.
Lead the fine- tuning and adaptation of LLMs using vast cybersecurity datasets.
Apply optimization techniques (e.g., quantization, pruning) to improve inference efficiency and reduce operational cost.
Build and maintain a centralized LLM Gateway to manage multi- model access and routing.

Integrate Memory and Knowledge Systems

Design a dynamic Agent Memory System that includes contextual memory, semantic retrieval, and a structured knowledge base to support intelligent behavior.

MLOps and Infrastructure

Collaborate with cross- functional teams to bring intelligent agent systems into real- world applications.
Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of the overall system across varied workloads.
Develop and maintain MLOps pipelines for model training, versioning, deployment, and lifecycle management.

Education, Qualifications and Skills:

Bonus: experience with agent- based architecture, LLM streaming patterns, Golang, and a strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, or linear algebra
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in AI engineer, data science and machine learning, deep learning.
Solid understanding of AI/ML/DL model deployment, including serving, optimization, and context- aware design
Practical experience with MLOps pipelines for training, versioning, and deploying machine learning models
Experience in building systems with agent orchestration, memory management, and structured communication protocols
Hands- on experience working with GPU (NVIDIA) or TPU environments, including model quantization and other performance optimization techniques.
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with containerized and cloud- native environment.
Familiarity with retrieval- augmented generation, semantic memory, and message- driven workflows
Education: Bachelor’s degree/ Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Skills:

Fluency in English is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
