About the Role
As an Senior AI Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing and integrating advanced AI technologies into our products. You’ll work on cutting- edge AI solutions such as personalized meal planning, food recognition, coaching copilot, and AI recommendation systems. Collaborating with cross- functional teams, you will design, implement, and deploy AI- driven systems that provide innovative, user- centric solutions.
What You’ll Do

Build and maintain workflows for multi- agent systems, agent workflows, and Personal AI Assistants.
Continuously experiment and innovate, leveraging the latest advancements in AI and data science.
Work with large datasets to preprocess, analyze, and extract meaningful insights.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to deploy AI models into production environments.
Design, develop, and fine- tune machine learning and AI models, including Retrieval- Augmented Generation (RAG), LLMs, and recommendation systems.
Integrate and optimize personalized coaching and meal planning algorithms.

Technologies We Use

AI/ML Stack: Retrieval- Augmented Generation (RAG), Large Language Models (LLMs), fine- tuning techniques, multi- agent systems, agent workflows.
Development Languages: Python, TypeScript
Infrastructure: TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Hugging Face, GCP, Serverless architecture
Recommendation Systems: Personal AI Assistant, collaborative filtering, content- based filtering
Data & Tools: SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Pandas, NumPy

Required Skills & Experience

Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in AI/ML or data science roles, with a proven track record of deploying AI solutions in production.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
Technical Expertise:
Strong understanding of recommendation systems, including collaborative and content- based filtering.
Familiarity with AI workflows, including RAG, agent workflows, and personalization strategies.
Proficient in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing techniques.
Experience working with LLMs, fine- tuning, and multi- agent systems.
Programming Skills: Proficient in Python, with experience in AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and LangChain.
Soft Skills: A team player with strong problem- solving skills, the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, and a passion for innovation.
Data Handling: Experience working with large datasets, data preprocessing, and analytics using tools like Pandas and NumPy.
