As an AI/ML Engineer, you will design and develop scalable and reliable artificial intelligence and machine learning models for various domains and applications.

Our global AI, Data & Analytics Division at Renesas is experiencing an increasing demand for AI and Generative AI (LLM) based solutions. Working closely with our business partners, we deliver AI solutions to help drive value for Renesas at a global enterprise scale. We are seeking passionate candidates that will thrive as part of a global team of technologists that love empowering customers, collaborating with teammates, and using the latest AI and Data technologies.
Responsibilities

Prepare and augment training datasets for models.
Research and evaluate new AI/ML technologies and Databricks best practices.
Train, evaluate, and deploy AI/ML models using Databricks.
Develop AI and LLM solutions based on business requirements using approaches such as RAG architecture on enterprise data.
Collaborate with data scientists and Full stack ai engineers, and domain experts on cross- functional projects using Databricks Workspaces.

Qualifications
Must Have

5- 8 years of hands- on development experience, using typical machine learning and data science tools such as pandas, scikit- learn, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
Strong communication, documentation, and white- boarding skills.
Familiarity with Databricks products and services.
Bachelor&039;s degree or higher in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
Have working knowledge of CI/CD.
Strong interest in collaboration, learning, and driving value through ML
Experience with the latest techniques in LLM, LVM, RAG, fine- tuning, and deploying with tools such as HuggingFace, Langchain, and foundation models.

Strongly Preferred

Knowledge in LLM actual use cases.
Experience in building and deploying AI/ML models using Databricks products.
Working knowledge of at least one major cloud ecosystem (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Azure is preferred.
Databricks certifications.
Experience working with a geographically distributed and cross- functional team including systems integrators and third- party companies
