Senior Ai Research Engineer

Job Responsibilities
We are looking for AI Engineers who will support our research efforts, explore AI technology and finding solution for integration AI into Software Development Life Circle and Banking Product. As an R&D Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing new technologies, as well as collaborating with cross- functional teams to ensure successful implementation. The ideal candidate is a creative problem- solver with a deep understanding of AI and emerging technologies, as well as experience in software development and engineering.

Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including Delivery, Data/ML, and Platform teams, to identify opportunities for AI in Engineering and Business.
Continuously improve the performance and scalability of AI models.
Stay up- to- date with the latest advancements in AI and emerging technologies and apply them to Engineering and Business needs.
Develop AI solutions and technology that support the Engineering and Business goals of the organization, including: AI for Engineering (e.g code generation, bug detection and correction, code review, code optimization, test case generation, bug detection, test data generation, and security testing…)
Work with the Technical Lead and R&D team to develop a deep understanding of the Engineering and Business requirements.
Analyze and interpret data to gain insights and inform technology development.
Research, design, implement, and test AI models and technology that support Engineering and Business needs.
Develop PoCs and prototypes to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of AI solutions & new technology.

Strong communication skills in English, excel in working with stakeholders, and have a keen interest in exploring business opportunities and delivering compelling presentations.
Technical Expertise:

Programming Languages: Proficient in Python and other languages commonly used in AI and software development.
AI/ML Solutions: Expertise in developing and integrating AI/ML solutions for end- to- end systems (MLOps).
Software Development: Extensive experience in software development, particularly in programming and microservice architecture. Proven track record of building end- to- end systems and integrating AI applications to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Methodologies: Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
AI and LLM Frameworks: In- depth knowledge and hands- on experience with LLM frameworks (e.g., Langchain) and LLM models (e.g., OpenAI, Cohere, Hugging Face).
Cloud Computing: Experience in distributed systems and cloud computing.

Banking and Finance: Experience in the banking or finance industry is a plus
