Senior ALM Project Specialist

1. Perform forecast of funding/ lending portfolio
2. Monitor cost of new funding and APR of new loan; provide business divisions with analysis/recommendation to facilitate them in ensuring that cost of new funding and APR of new loan are within plan
3. Propose optimal funding structure and optimal lending structure for the company based on the approved optimal funding and lending model
4. Implement projects of the department to enhance ALM activities, fulfill project requirements in a timely and good-quality manner
5. Execute ad-hoc analysis and check for data issues to be resolved
6. Back-up or support person other team member in Department as per assignment

- University/ Master degree, major: Accounting/ Finance/ Banking/ Business Administration, etc.
- At least 2 years of experience in relevant position in banking industry
- Working experience in foreign financial enterprise, or English communication environment is a plus
- Knowledge related to capital and funding management, ALM and planning;
- Ability to absorb new concepts quickly, work and think independently;
- Proficient in computer skills, especially Excel;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Team player, enthusiastic and can perform well individually
- Understanding of Consumer Finance & Retail Banking is a plus
- Good at English skills
