Position Summary: The Senior Ambassador/Ambassador in Gaming Operations is responsible for providing outstanding guest service on the gaming floor, ensuring a welcoming environment and assisting with gaming activities. This role involves interacting with guests, explaining gaming promotions, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless gaming experience. The Senior Ambassador takes on additional leadership responsibilities, supporting junior ambassadors and coordinating guest interactions to maintain high service standards during gaming operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests and ensure they are familiar with the gaming floor layout, promotions, and available services.
Ensure the gaming floor is organized, well- maintained, and provides a welcoming environment for guests.
Monitor guest activity on the gaming floor to ensure compliance with gaming regulations and responsible gaming practices.
Provide detailed information about gaming rules, promotions, and loyalty programs.
Assist guests in understanding and engaging with gaming machines and other gaming- related services.
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve minor issues or complaints related to gaming activities.
Work closely with the Supervisor to execute guest services and promotions during gaming events or busy shifts.
Report any issues related to guests or gaming machines to the Supervisor for further action.
Promote gaming events, tournaments, and special promotions, encouraging participation from guests.
Senior Ambassador Responsibilities:
Mentor and support junior ambassadors, ensuring they adhere to gaming protocols and service standards.
Ensure the gaming floor runs smoothly and guests are satisfied with their experience
Assist the Supervisor in coordinating guest services and activities during high- traffic periods or special events.
Provide feedback to the Supervisor on guest trends, feedback, and suggestions for service improvements.
Act as the primary contact for resolving more complex guest inquiries or complaints.
