RESPONSIBILITIES:IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPPORT OF BUSINESS APPLICATION AND BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE SOLUTIONS
Proactively manage and administer business application solutions to support corporate and global operations.
Compile user manual for user training.
Define corporate and global system integration requirements and solutions.
Compile and gather the documents to meet the requirements of IT SOX audit.
Review and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems. Develop and recommend strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
Recommend, develop, and adhere to business applications systems and process documentation standards.
Lead the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing applications.
Develop knowledge of application solutions and defined business system processes to recommend and deploy quality information technology solutions to the business user.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS ANALYSIS
Collaborate on and recommend business application system methodologies.
Develop a thorough knowledge of manufacturing system requirements and business processes.
Participate and lead in the evaluation and selection of manufacturing and supplemental software solutions.
Promote and lead business process change according to best practices.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Determine and direct resources needs to complete the project.
Meet project schedules/milestones. Complete project deliverables according to department standards.
Develop and manage project plans to effectively implement information technology solutions, Communicate the Scope, Goals, Deliverables, and significant milestones.
USER AND OPERATIONS SUPPORT
Recommend, understand, and adhere to department policies and procedures.
Support or response is provided on a timely basis.
Update help desk documentation following resolution of problems.
Frequent communication to user/help desk as to the current status of problems/issues
Bachelor Degree in Information Science or related field.
Working Experience
Special Abilities
More than 5 years’ experience in application software design, implementation, and support, including 3+ years’ experience with SAP. Must have good experience in SAP Material Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP).
REQUIREMENTS:Educational Background
Familiar with several computer operating. systems, relational databases and report writing tools including MS SQL, Crystal Report, MS SSRS, Power BI.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with end- users and management. Have good oral and written communication skills in English.
Familiar with current databases technology including the ability to analyse programs and use utilities tools based on SQL, Oracle, ….
Ability to manage business requirements based on methodology.
Knowledge of the manufacturing process using ERP Business solutions (e.g... Epicor, ORACLE, SAP).
Open to domestic and international travel
Demonstrate experience in the support and/or implementation of business application software packages.
