RESPONSIBILITIES:IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPPORT OF BUSINESS APPLICATION AND BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE SOLUTIONS
Develop knowledge of application solutions and defined business system processes to recommend and deploy quality information technology solutions to the business user.
Compile user manual for user training.
Lead the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing applications.
Review and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems. Develop and recommend strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
Compile and gather the documents to meet the requirements of IT SOX audit.
Proactively manage and administer business application solutions to support corporate and global operations.
Recommend, develop, and adhere to business applications systems and process documentation standards.
Define corporate and global system integration requirements and solutions.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS ANALYSIS
Develop a thorough knowledge of manufacturing system requirements and business processes.
Participate and lead in the evaluation and selection of manufacturing and supplemental software solutions.
Collaborate on and recommend business application system methodologies.
Promote and lead business process change according to best practices.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Develop and manage project plans to effectively implement information technology solutions, Communicate the Scope, Goals, Deliverables, and significant milestones.
Meet project schedules/milestones. Complete project deliverables according to department standards.
Determine and direct resources needs to complete the project.
USER AND OPERATIONS SUPPORT
Recommend, understand, and adhere to department policies and procedures.
Frequent communication to user/help desk as to the current status of problems/issues
Support or response is provided on a timely basis.
Update help desk documentation following resolution of problems.
Bachelor Degree in Information Technology Science or related field.
More than 5 years’ experience in application software, implementation, and support, including 3+ years’ experience with MES. Must have good experience in MES deployment and maintain

REQUIREMENTS:Educational Background
Working Experience
Familiar with using Java .Net and other development languages, familiar with SQL Server and Oracle database programming.
Familiar with several computer operating. systems, relational databases and report writing tools including MS SQL, Crystal Report, MS SSRS, Power BI.
Good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with endusers and management. Have good oral and written communication skills in English.
Knowledge of the manufacturing process using ERP Business solutions (SAP, Oracle) and make the processes optimized.
Demonstrate experience in the support and/or implementation of business application software packages.
Open to domestic and international travel
Ability to manage business requirements based on methodology.
