Senior Android Developer

As a Senior Mobile Developer (Android) at GFT, you will be at the forefront of creating innovative mobile applications that address real- world problems. With over 10 years of experience, you will be involved in the end- to- end mobile application development lifecycle, utilizing your extensive expertise to build sophisticated and high- quality applications. We are looking for self- starting engineers with a passion for technology and a “get things done” mentality.
Key Activities:

Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, embracing better ideas from others and staying open to challenges and possibilities.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross- functional teams, managing and prioritizing conflicting requirements from various stakeholders effectively.
Innovative Solutions: Architect and build first- class products to solve real- world problems, employing best practices and cutting- edge technologies.
End- to- End Development: Lead the complete mobile application development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring high performance and user engagement.
Technical Leadership: Provide strategic technical direction and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Education and Experience

Professional Experience: Over 10 years of experience building complex applications for Android using Kotlin/Java.
Real- Time Data: Proven experience in building applications that display real- time graphs and handle real- time data.
Modern Android Technologies: Mastery of Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, MVVM, and multi- module architecture.
Test- Driven Development (TDD): Extensive experience in TDD, including the implementation of instrumented unit tests.
Academic Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
UI and System- Level Development: Deep expertise in mobile application development at both user interface and system levels.

Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non- technical stakeholders effectively.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, capable of managing and prioritizing conflicting requirements from multiple stakeholders.
Problem- Solving: Superior problem- solving skills with a continuous learning mindset.
Learning Mentality: Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Performance evaluation is once per year, for 2 purposes: > Performance bonus > Salary increments
Competitive salary
Monthly lunch allowance: 700,000 VND/employee
Salary band per level are reviewed once per year
Parking: GFT covers the monthly parking fee for employee motorbikes
13th month salary pro rata depending on the employee’s length of service (within a calender year), paid with the December salary
