Senior Architect Position

Oversee or assist in Construction Administration (CA) to ensure project integrityand adherence to design.
Engage with clients, stakeholders, and contractors, ensuringclear communication and high standards.
Lead and contribute to Design Development (DD) and Construction Drawings (CD) phasesof high- profile projects.
Collaborate with international and local teams to deliveroutstanding architectural solutions.

Project Portfolio: Demonstrated experience in workingon prestigious, non- square projects- projectsthat push the boundaries of conventional design.
English Proficiency: Excellent verbal and writtenEnglish skills are essential.
International Experience: Proven experience working or studying abroad, with a global perspective on architecture and design.
Revit Expertise: Highly experienced in Revit modeling, with a strongability to createdetailed and accuratearchitectural models.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in Design Development (DD), Construction Drawings/Documents (CD), and ideally,Construction Administration (CA).

Salary: 31- 36 million VND net, depending on experience
