Senior Art Lead

We are looking for a Senior Art Director (Team Leader) to join our diversified creative team at PNJ Group.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Senior Art Director:

Recommend and update regularly new formats and tools to leverage in projects from art- side
Conceptualize, produce and supervise to deliver high- quality, creative artworks
Provide distinctive art concepts for all channels, including but not limited to advertising, digital, in- store experiences and social media;
Be able to work on multiple jobs concurrently and under pressure;
Excellently communicate ideas and present artwork persuasively with brand teams and stakeholders
Accept constructive criticism and respond in smart way
Conquer the brand with consistency across visual assets and help develop a unified design brand language as needed.
Lend support and guidance to Art team members; Designers and other stakeholder within PNJ group

As a Team Leader

Train and share updates regularly to enhance expertise and soft skills for art team in particular
Meet deadlines and manage art team traffic in collaboration with other teams within Creative (Design, Copy, Production) and other stakeholders
Build a team to win together not a halo for yourself at the end
Participate in day- to- day communication with key team members and partners to identify the right times to execute and the right times to delegate;

Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative agency environment with multi- disciplinary teams;
Great communicator who can present, think on the fly and work capably across teams;
Conceptual thinker that brings ideas to life
Strongly supervisory experience required;
Resilient, humble and open- minded.
Ability to meet high standards for quality and accuracy under tight deadlines;
Desire to work collaboratively as part of a big team in a fast- paced environment;
A portfolio of distinctive and exceptional print and digital work, including large campaigns;
Minimum 6 years of visual design and art director experience, ideally in a creative agency environment;
Strong presentation skills and the ability to construct presentations;
