Senior Assistant Policyowner Services (Temp 8 Months)

THIS POSITION IS UNDER A 8- MONTH CONTRACT.
JOB PURPOSE:
• Responsible for defining, creating test scenario/test cases to test and validate systems as business requirements to effectively implement New product, Day 2, Client & Sale platforms as well as BAU enhancements in alignment to Digital & Automation Strategies.
• Responsible for testing systems according to pre- set requirements, test scenario/test cases and recording results.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
System testing & reporting:
• Smoke test after MTP
• Prepare detail UAT test scenario/test case, ensure to including all functional, technical, criteria described in Business Requirements sufficiently, accurately, and timely.
• Work with IT and relevant Departments to be ready testing environment and select sample testing policies as timeline.
• Raise bugs promptly and collaborate to all relevant Departments to fix bug till completion for MTP.
• Make periodically and ad- hoc reports.
• Draft guideline, training slide, communication tasks. Support go- live systems and get feedback.
• Test systems as pre- set test cases & timeline. Record UAT results.
Others:
• Do other tasks as required by Requirement Owner or Management
• Support and back- up other UAT team when needed
