Senior Associate, Advisory (HCM and HN office)

We are currently in search of suitable candidates for the role of Senior Associate- Advisory to join our team of seasoned legal professionals.
Responsibilities
Fulfill other specialized duties as directed by superiors.
Collaborate with partners to develop business opportunities and contribute to the firm&039;s growth.
Leadership and teamwork with associates, junior associates and trainee associates to review legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
Participating in client meetings, negotiations, and presentations and managing client relationships.
Conducting in- depth legal research and analysis to support clients.
Provide training to junior associates, and legal assistants in advisory practices.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast- paced environment.
Leadership qualities, including the ability to mentor junior associates.
Graduated from a distinguished law school in Vietnam.
Fluent in spoken and written Vietnamese and English, especially excellent writing skills.
Excellent analytical, problem- solving, and communication skills.
Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience in transaction practice at Law firm.
