Senior Associate/ Manager - Employee Engagement and Organizational Culture

Reporting to Head of OC, you will be responsible for :
Employee Engagement Champion:
• Manage and enhance reward and recognition programs, ensuring alignment to business objectives and desired culture and behaviors
• Drive company-wide events, providing a Lazada signature experience for employees and making Lazada a great place to work.
• Create a comprehensive and sustainable Employee Engagement program for Lazada Vietnam, to address engagement and retention drivers such as meaningful work, positive working environment, organization culture and employee value
Internal Communications Owner:
• Work with leadership to roll-out communications that drives engagement and promotes Lazada’s employer value proposition
• Develop, coordinate, and implement internal communications strategies and programs across various channels with the objective of strengthening relationships within the organization. Ensure internal communication messages are consistent with external communication messages.
• Define an internal communications strategy to provide top-down, bottoms-up feedback channels via town halls, focus group discussion, surveys, formal and informal employee sensing, and other methodologies. Evaluate, analyze and recommend action items to improve overall organization health.

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
• Self-starter, motivated, comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Proactive self-starter who can work independently to drive and deliver effective results
• Minimum of 6 years&039; experience in full spectrum of human resource portfolio and resolving complex employee relations issues, preferably from Ecommerce, FMCGs and Internet sectors. Any e-commerce experience would be extremely helpful
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of working and leading cross functional teams
• With experience in developing and implementing employee engagement and internal communications strategies
• Working knowledge of graphic designing and basic video editing skills a plus.
• Strong ability in understanding business operations in an HR perspective
• Excellent writing skills in Vietnamese and English, understanding of how language nuance and messaging can sway perception.
