Senior Associate, Supply Planning (BPO)

Other duties as assigned by direct manager.
Build up, align & determine Capacity level with Regional team and Nationwide Operation team.
Request for system enhancement/new features to support for daily working.
Maintain a positive work atmosphere by performing and communicating in a manner that promotes good relationships with co- workers, and management.
Create and maintain resources indicator index to be reference for the resource planning.
Frequently update new operating model of Operation team to revise the planning model if needed.
Frequently review the actual volume vs forecasted volume at facility level to enhance the logic of forecast volume.
Work closely with Demand Planner for the planning during campaigns which require a separate resources in a period of time.
Work closely with Operation team to align the resources that they need and monitor the productivity, service level.
Work closely with Demand Planner to update forcasted volume forecast for total network at facility level.
Update resources planning for Headcount, equipment, ETC. at facility level and issue planning file to operation team.
Consolidate ADD- in resources (if any) of Operation team and get approval from management.

At least 4 years of working experience in Delivery/Transportation/ Logistics/Warehousing/Busniess Analyst/Business Development/Finance & Accounting preferred in B2C logistics.
Minimum university certificate required for this position.
Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Preferably Team Leader/Supervisors or equivalent.
Excellent written and verbal English and Vietnamese.
Self- started mentality, energetic, driven, proactive and hard working.
Strong communication and negotiation skill.
Able to use SQL is a must.
Can- do mentality – Do not take “No” for an answer.
Able to travel, base in Long An province (Ben Luc)
Comfortable in interacting with multi levels.
