Senior Assurance Advisory (Audit/ Internal Control/ Ifrs/ Financial Analyst Background)

Main responsibilities:
You would lead your team or support your Team Leader in performing one or more of the following services to our clients:
• Provide ad- hoc support on accounting- related matters in accordance with requirements of VAS, IFRS or other GAAPs.
• Perform technical conversion of a company&039;s financial statements from VAS to IFRS or other GAAPs and vice versa;
• Integrate IFRS compliance requirements in the accounting and financial reporting activities on an ERP system e.g. SAP or Oracle;
• Provide Agree- upon procedures for special purposes.
• Evaluate the readiness of a company&039;s system, process and human resource for digital transformation e.g. ERP implementation, controllership application (SAP Concur, Workiva, BlackLine) implementation;
• Evaluate the impact of the adoption of an accounting standard, a new accounting policy, or a transaction on a company&039;s accounting operation and financial information;
• Assess a company&039;s accounting and financial reporting processes, and Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) for optimization opportunities;

You should possess:
• Good problem solving and analytical thinking skills;
• A Bachelor&039;s degree in accounting, auditing, finance, banking or economics;
• Ability to communicate well (verbally and written) in both English and Vietnamese;
• Ability to work in team and independently;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• At least 3 years of relevant experience;
It would be a plus if you also meet the following requirements:
• Qualified or in the process of obtaining relevant certificates e.g. CPA, ACCA, CFA.
• Having audit experience in Big4 is preferred.
• Have hands- on experience with financial, statistical software and ERP;
• Possess good command of or working experience with IFRS, Internal control, or Internal Audit;
