Senior Backend Developer

Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
Identify bottlenecks and bugs in existing systems, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to understand end- user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Lead the backend development team in project planning, prioritization, and delivery.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in backend technologies, particularly in Node.js and .NET frameworks.
Implement performance and quality modules to ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using Node.js, building on a foundation of .NET experience.
Transition existing .NET applications and architectures to Node.js, ensuring seamless migration and functionality.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Solid understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Excellent problem- solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Demonstrated experience in migrating or transforming legacy .NET applications to modern Node.js platforms.
Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
Strong understanding of Node.js frameworks and proficient in advanced .NET concepts.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Backend Developer, with a strong background in .NET and proficiency in Node.js.
