What You’ll Do:

Optimize the system for performance and reliability.
Research and focus on innovative micro- service technologies.
Analyze requirements, design solutions, and develop features.
Understand the product thoroughly.
Guide and mentor junior team members.
Design and build supporting tools as needed.
Be involved in every phase of product development.
Write clean, high- quality code in NodeJS, Golang, Python or anything that is suitable to product.
Work with cross- functional teams to create and launch new features.

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience with Microservices, Cloud Native architecture is a plus.
Open- minded, can- but- not- blindly- do attitude. You have a "can- do" attitude, which is already very cool, but you also must be able to pause and ask "should we do it".
Knowledge about gRPC /REST API and databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, etc.
Be on your own, dedicated and committed, we strongly believe in autonomy, there&039;s likely no one to tell you what to do.
Experience with RabbitMQ, Kafka messaging is a plus.
Solid technical skill, you talk confidently about NodeJS (or Golang, C) and are willing to learn innovative technologies.
4+ years experience in Backend programming (Experience in NodeJS, Golang is a plus). We also welcome strong candidates having fewer years of experience as well, please tell us why "year" does not matter.
Full- stack experiences is a BIG plus

Understanding of system design and tuning for high performance, scalability, and reliability.
