Role Overview:
As a Senior Backend Developer (Python), you will play a crucial role in leading the software engineering team at QUANTier. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing middleware solutions that contribute to the success of our mission. You will ensure the delivery of a high-quality, scalable, and robust backend system. Your technical expertise and leadership skills will allow you to make a significant impact on the quantum computing industry.
Your role & responsibilities
- Lead and guide the software engineering team.
- Design, develop, and implement high-quality, scalable, and robust backend solutions.
- Integrate frontend components with the backend system.
- Connect the cloud system with the on-premise system
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct unit tests and integration tests to ensure bug-free products.
Your skills & qualifications
- Strong experience as a Backend Developer, with expertise in Python and proficiency in the Django framework.
- +5 years in programming with Python and Django.
- Experience with PostgreSQL for database management.
- Experience with web development on the cloud.
- Familiarity with C# is a plus.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Ability to work full-time, on-site in Hanoi, Vietnam (9-6) after March 2024. Willingness to relocate to Hanoi if currently based outside of Hanoi.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent teamwork and leadership abilities.
- Passion for quantum computing and technology.
