Senior Backend Developer with Frontend and English

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable Web applications.
Develop and maintain frontend components using modern JavaScript frameworks.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Stay up- to- date with the latest Backend technologies, DevOps practices, and cloud computing trends
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to define and implement project requirements.
Implement and maintain cloud- based solutions using AWS and/or Azure.
Drive DevOps initiatives, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and automated deployments.

Experience in DevOps practices, including CI/CD and IaC is a plus
Excellent problem- solving and analytical skills.
Extensive experience (3+ years) in Backend development ( Java, PHP, Python or .Net)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure) is a plus
Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks for frontend development (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
Bachelor&039;s or Associate&039;s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Proficiency in English (written and , at least TOEIC 700).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with database administration and optimization.
Japanese language proficiency (JLPT certification).
AWS and/or Azure certifications.
