What You’ll Do

Write clean, efficient, testable code and contribute to design docs and engineering standards. Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
Build APIs and event- driven systems for seamless cross- system communication.
Integrate with complex systems—ERP, POS, e- commerce, inventory, HRMS, logistics, and more. Own the full service lifecycle: architecture, development, testing, deployment, operations. Optimize database schemas and queries for performance and scalability.
Design, build, and scale backend services using Golang, Node.js, and Python.
Ensure high system reliability through robust logging, monitoring, and incident response.

Yêu cầu công việc

5+ years building and operating backend systems, ideally in F&B, retail, or similar domains.
Expertise in relational databases, data modeling, and performance tuning.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in business English.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure) and containerized environments.
Solid grasp of OIDC, OAuth2, and secure API practices.
Strong CS fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, distributed systems).
Experience with Kubernetes, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
A “get- it- done” mindset with high ownership.
Strong coding and design skills in Go, Node.js, or Python.
