Senior Bank Partnership Manager, ZaloPay

This position is working at Bank Partnership Department of ZaloPay which is in charge of maintaining relationships with existing bank partners and exploring new collaborations between bank partners and ZaloPay.
The details responsibility includes:
Business Development

Being responsible for developing business strategies and identifying new business opportunities
Partnering with various cross- functional teams within ZaloPay (E.g. Product teams, Technical teams) to drive the business result
Developing bank cost reduction strategies, pricing strategy and model, produce business partnership proposals (including commercial terms, solutions, etc.) and lead the negotiation with partners

Team Management

Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
Managing the day- to- day activities of the team.
Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals and conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
Conducting weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually performance reviews.
Delegating tasks and guiding to team members to deliver the result on time.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in managing works with details oriented.
Proven availability to collaborate and build strong relationships with partners at a senior level
Background in Economics, Marketing, Finance or Business Administration.
Excellent time management, presentation
At least 08 years of working experience in a Business Development role, 4 years of experience in team management.
Critical thinking, problem- solving skills, including the ability to figure out how things should work
Working knowledge of Fintech sector/ Banking/ E- commerce is a strong advantage.
Very good at English communications (verbal – writing – presentation)
