Job Purpose:
•We are looking for a passionate Senior Brand Executive to join our expanding marketing team in Vietnam, one of the most dynamic and fast- growing markets. In this role, Candidate will shape impactful campaigns, manage exciting brand initiatives, and bring fresh ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Market Analysis
• Conduct consumer and market research, competitor and trend analyses to provide insight- based recommendations.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touch points: packaging, POSM, digital media, retail, all channels.
• Coordinate and help build both short- term and long- term brand plans aligned with brand’s strategy.
Campaign & Marketing Execution
• Coordinate with Sales and Trade Marketing to activate campaigns at point- of- sale.
• Track campaign performance, measure ROI, and suggest optimizations.
• Plan and support implementation of integrated 360° campaigns (ATL/BTL/PR/Digital).
Product Management:
• Monitor product lifecycle: new launches, reorders, product updates, quality checks.
• Assist the brand team in the NPD process from concept to launch, coordinating with R&D, packaging, designers, operations.
• Continuously monitor product performance using metrics, customer feedback, complaints.
Trade Marketing & Field Activities
• Monitor in- market promotional materials and competitor activities. Conduct market visits regularly to collect field insights.
• Work with trade and sales teams on consumer promotions, sampling, retail activations.
Budget & Vendor Management
• Track expenditure and ensure budget compliance.
• Liaise with agencies, suppliers, external event teams to ensure materials and campaigns are delivered on time and within specs.
Reporting & Brand Health Monitoring
• Prepare regular reports on brand and campaign performance: brand health, market share, sales, ROI.
• Support the Brand Manager with data- driven insights and prepare presentations for internal/ regional stakeholders.
