Senior Branding Marketing

TRADE MARKETING- Plan and be responsible for advertising programs, implementing marketing publications at points of sales: exterior decoration, banners, standees, promotional gifts...- In- store & pop up POSM: "New collection, promotion: A4, a5, 50x70, 110x65, show window,... Mall POSM- To work closedly with VM team in developing product display, merchandising & point of sales materials and selling tool;- Performing other tasks assigned by Marketing Manager
BRANDING- Undertake brand development strategies & Identify brands position through campaign(s)- Build, manage & optimize brand development budget & expenses;- Build and manage action plans/ marketing calendar to ensure the brand objectives and consumer engagement activities are achieved;- Track and monitor brand implementation, performance from both internal & external available resources to ensure agreed brand activities are effectively executed and brand issues to be fully captured.- Support the definition of brand vision, strategy positioning and marketing mix including product specification and communications, in line with brand strategies.- Analyze market research data to understand Brand issues, customer’s need and market trend/ opportunities; Actively generate valuable feedback to ensure building market share and brand awareness;- Monitor and analyze competitors, including price, promotion, new products and merchandising;

Good communication skills both written and oral, presentation and negotiation skill
Proven experience of more than 3 years as marketing executive or similar role Very fast adapting & change management...

Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
Have good writing ability, have previously held content writing positions.
