Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy Development:
+ Analyze client briefs, digital & market insights, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to build brand positioning, strategic frameworks, and communication foundations.
+ Translate brand strategy into actionable communication guidelines, content directions, and brand- led creative directions.
+ Collaborate with SEO & Content teams to maintain tone- of- voice consistency across all digital touchpoints.
+ Develop brand narratives, messaging systems, brand voice, and strategic storylines for digital marketing field
- Integrated Communication Planning
+ Develop content pillars, communication frameworks, and integrated campaign strategies aligned with brand direction.
+ Lead strategic planning for brand awareness, brand building, product launches, and long- term brand equity.
+ Work closely with cross- functional teams to drive consistent, high- quality, and effective campaign execution.
- Creative Supervision & Quality Control
+ Review creative concepts, visual directions, content ideas, copywriting, and campaign materials to ensure alignment with brand strategy.
+ Provide clear strategic guidance during brainstorming, production, and proposal development.
+ Ensure strategic consistency across all deliverables.
Requirements
- Experience
+ Hands- on experience in developing B2B brand strategies or brand communication for overseas markets/clients.
+ Proven experience in building or launching brands, rebranding, and integrated brand campaigns.
+ Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Branding, Brand Strategy, Creative Strategy, Planning, or Brand Management within digital/creative agencies.
- Skills
+ Ability to craft proposals & strategic decks with high clarity and persuasion. Strong collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams: Creative, Media, Account, Social, SEO.
+ Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
+ Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to extract consumer insights.
- English proficiency
- Creative, proactive, structured, and comfortable in a fast- paced agency environment.
- Ownership- driven and solution- oriented, with strong attention to detail.
- Digital- first mindset with understanding of social media, content strategy, and media ecosystem.
