Experience of discuss about site- design with client and designer.
Good management skill and high responsibility.
Experience of Leader.
Good understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns
Good at Japanesecommunicationskills, respond to questions directly, promptly, without diverging from the subject too much.
Experienced with Version control systems (Git/ SVN)
