- Other duties as assigned by management
- Assign project tasks to team members based on their skills and expertise.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Conduct detailed briefings with the Japanese team to clarify project requirements and objectives.
- Conduct risk management to proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks.
- Monitor project performance and ensure all projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Manage client relationships and expectations, ensuring project alignment and satisfaction.
- Lead the determination of project scope, objectives, and technical feasibility.
- Act as the main point of contact between the Japanese client and our development team in Vietnam.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and cost.
* Working time: 9 am- 6 pm Mon- Fri

- At least 2 years of software development experience using languages ​​such as Java, PHP, Python or .NET.
- Experience using Jira or other project management tools.
- English communication (both spoken and written/internal communication).
- Proactive, self- motivated attitude and ability to work under pressure.
- Good problem- solving and teamwork skills.
- Experience using Git and popular development environments.
- Bachelor&039;s degree
- Ability to coordinate between customers and development teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project methodologies (e.g. Agile/Scrum).
- Japanese: N2 Intermediate or higher (to communicate effectively with customers.)
- Age: 30- 39
- Experience managing project progress and schedules.
