Senior Bulk Developer (Local Candidates Preferred)

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Arrange heather fabric swatch for thread col matching upon lab dip approval
- Submit PPS to Buyer after checked by CFA that sample is as per Tech Pack, meet specs & Buyer&039;s workmanship requirement.
- Work with TD upon receipt of Buyer&039;s comments
- Ensure Bulk quality fabric are tested by heat transfer Supplier.
- Pass 1st proto to Fty TST for review to confirm manufacturability for Bulk.
- Arrange size set/wash test samples/PPS/TOPs with Sample Room & send to Buyer.
- Ensure Prodn follow approved fit sample/Pre- Production sample/Lab Dip/Strike Off
- Send actual Bulk quality fabric to bonding/interfacing Supplier to recommend suitable items.
- Local source of non- nominated fabric & trims
- Work with Development Team to process samples & mockups.
- Check & approve trim cards done by factory.
- Arrange SMS handover to Factory.
- Arrange in- house wash test on Strike Offs
- Arrange PPR handover to Factory.
- Send proto samples to Buyer once checked by CFT that specs are within tol & meeting Buyer&039;s workmanship expectation.
- Pass proto to IE for SAM calculation.
- Reserve SMS capacity with factory/sample room
- Create mini sketch upon receipt of TP.
- Work with Supplier & Buyer to confirm SMS EFD
- Arrange SMS in- house wash test across styles with different fabric/trims combination.
- Submit Strike Offs to Buyer & followup on comments.
- Work with in- house/Local Suppliers until Buyer&039;s approval
- Work with TD upon receipt of Buyer&039;s comments
- Arrange fabric & trims Free Of Charge proto yardages from Suppliers
- Work with fty to hit SMS On Time Delivery
- Create data of styles
- Develop print/embroidery with in- house/Local Suppliers
- Propose measurement /workmanship during development/production to Singapore.
