Senior Business Analyst

PURPOSE

To support daily business by follow up with vendor/IT for production issues and system enhancements
To be in charge of collecting and analysing user requirements for multiple complex systems and projects

KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES

Collect and document user requirements from end users
Prioritize requirements with business users
Follow up with vendor/IT for production issues and enhancements required.
Lead business users to prepare Test plan, Test cases and implement User Acceptance Test with business users
Propose system solutions to business users
Perform other responsibilities and duties assigned by line manager in order to meet operational requirements.
Coordinate with vendor and local IT during the implementation and UAT to ensure the system delivery meets business requirements
Analyze new project and enhancement requests to meet business objectives

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

University degree
2-3 years of experience in Business Analysis
Experience working in a team oriented, collaborative environment
IT/Insurance background is preferable

KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

Experience in Life insurance domain is preferred
Good knowledge of IT system design
Good communications and interpersonal skills
Good organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
Good at spoken and written in both Vietnamese and English
