Senior Business Analyst (ERP)

Job Description:

Provide post- implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure continuous improvement.
Support ERP configuration, testing (UAT, SIT), and deployment activities.
Develop process flow diagrams, user stories, acceptance criteria, and system documentation.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ERP modules and related systems.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the development and configuration teams.
Perform gap analysis between current processes and ERP capabilities; recommend optimal solutions.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to design end- to- end business processes and propose system improvements.
Lead workshops, meetings, and discussions with stakeholders to validate requirements and align expectations.

Job Requirements:

Ability to work independently and lead discussions with senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
Experience with ERP systems is a strong plus.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst across enterprise systems or business transformation projects.
Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Proven skills in requirement gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
