Senior Business Analyst

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of an international information technology outsourcing company. Our highly respected client is seeking an executive with at least 6 year-experience in product management for the job of a Senior Business Analyst. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Job Summary:

The Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner will be focused on leading the teams’ products, either existing or new, from discovery to build to maintenance and collaborating across departments and teams to ensure all parties are aligned with the project vision and strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

Key job responsibilities include:

• Monitor the teams’ product s from discovery to build to maintenance.

• Communicate iteration priorities, roadmaps, feature sets, and customer feedback to different stakeholders and executives.

• Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure all parties are aligned with the projects.

• Control product discovery with senior staffs to quickly validate our ideas and concepts.

• Help manage, develop skilled members and partners.

• Apply strong Business Analysis skills and methodologies to ensure the products are aligned with the customer’s needs.

• Clearly define excellent User Stories, as well as maintain the team’s backlog.

• Daily updating and discussion with clients on the status of a project, problem solve and constantly ensure our client requirements are accurately interpreted and implemented by the team.

Key job responsibilities include:

• Bachelor degree or above, IT, Business, Computer Science or related.

• At least 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager/Product Owner

• Advanced skill in using suitable tools for business modelling, drawing business flows/diagrams, creating mock-ups/wireframes.

• Experience in controlling product and working with various development teams to manage the day to day activities
