Job description
Our office is located in a dynamic work space in the heart of Cau Giay Hanoi.
From day one, you will be working with a diverse team of passionate professionals. You will have a clear path of progression within the business, and access to exciting opportunities to learn and push your boundaries.
Working with customers, end users, and stakeholders to understand customer’s business processes, needs and requirements.
Collaborating with clients and internal team to define project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities
Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment;
Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams, resource requirements & activities.
Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver projects on budget.
Ensure development requirements are clear and technologically feasible on Jira tickets;
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members to make sure the project/s run smoothly, ensuring alignment with project objectives;
Collaborate with the development team to design content management systems (CMS) for project;
Conduct regular team meetings and work closely with Tech Lead to provide updates, address concerns, and celebrate milestones;
Supporting users for UAT.
Creating manual guide for product and conducting demo to customers.
