Senior Business Development

Join our team as a Senior Business Development and be part of an exciting journey to expand our market presence and deliver top- notch solutions to our clients:- Business Development Role:Build and nurture long- term client relationships with existing customers.Proactively seek and develop new business opportunities, expand the client base, and drive growth.Set, achieve, and exceed sales targets while tracking key account metrics.Identify industry trends and market demands to propose innovative business strategies.Lead and execute new projects assigned by the Board of Directors (BOD).- Account Manager Role:Actively manage client relationships: meetings, briefings, brainstorming, and market research.Oversee project progress and maintain constant communication with clients at every stage (proposal, contract, campaign execution).Ensure timely reporting, project reviews, and internal evaluations.Identify potential risks and proactively develop solutions.Address challenging client requests and handle escalations effectively.Manage multiple accounts and ensure smooth workflows.Negotiate contracts and close profitable agreements.Lead internal and external meetings to align strategies and drive success.

Communication & Language: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English to work with international clients and partners.
At least 3 years of experience in Business Development or Account Management, preferably in Digital Marketing, Technology, or B2B services.
Strong negotiation and deal- closing abilities, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building profitable partnerships.
Ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and manage multiple projects effectively.
