Senior Business Development Executive

Overview of duties
To develop customers and drive revenue for testing, auditing, and compliance services related to Food Contact Materials (FCM) and ZDHC, focusing on manufacturers and exporters in food packaging, textile, footwear, and chemical industries.
Main Responsibilities
Business Development
· Identify, approach, and develop new customers with needs for FCM and/or ZDHC testing services
· Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers
· Build long- term relationships with clients and business partners
Technical Consulting & Sales
· Provide consultancy to customers on:
ZDHC- related services, including MRSL, wastewater testing, and chemical management
Food Contact Material (FCM) testing in accordance with EU, FDA, VN…
· Coordinate with technical and laboratory teams to:
Follow up on service progress
Prepare quotations and contracts
Define testing scope
Sales Process Management
· Monitor receivables and support debt collection when necessary
· Negotiate and close sales contracts
· Prepare sales plans and manage sales pipeline and revenue forecasts
Market Research & Reporting
· Monitor competitors’ activities
· Prepare periodic sales reports for management
· Keep up to date with market trends and regulatory requirements related to FCM and ZDHC

- 2 – 4 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) or related fields (chemicals, materials, textiles, packaging, or food industries).
- Strong communication, consulting, and negotiation skills,
- English communication; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
- Proactive, able to handle sales pressure, and eager to learn,
- Experience with FCM, ZDHC testing standards, and REACH, CPSIA, RoHS regulations is an advantage.
- Good planning and time management skills,
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record in prospecting new clients, maintaining existing accounts, and negotiating contracts.
