Senior Business Development

BD role:

Build and maintain strong, long- lasting client relationships with current customers
Develop and execute biz strategy to achieve defined objectives. Forecast & track key account metrics & report to BOD or leader team.
Handle new projects from BOD assign
Proactively seek & expand new business opportunities, clients & customers and deliver improvements

Account manager role:

Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Be highly organized & accountable for deadline, status reports and internal reviews
Be initative in account management tasks: meet up with client, take brief, brainstorming, research brand/consumer insights...
Negociate contracts & close agreements to maximize profits
Responsible for managing several accounts & make sure of a good flow
Predict problems/Risky that may arise & prepare solutions

Proficiency of Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
Teamwork skills and the ability to lead a team to achieve goals
Relationship with customers in the industry in charge
Understanding of business, product/services, the market of online advertising & digital marketing is highly desirable
Proactive in work, enthusiastic, and responsible, willing to work under high pressure.
Previous working experience preferably in a Sales, customer service, business development- based role for over 1 year
Basic English communication skills.
Enjoy socializing and connecting with people
Experience in the media industry is an advantage.
