Senior Business Development Manager

Operating and Planning strategy with team members;
Collaborate with tech teams on product features, deployment plan, roadmap, payment flow, user experience, etc.;
Expand the relationships with existing partners by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives;
Ensure assigned team sales targets and operating objectives are met in alignment with overall Company sales and profitability objectives;
Ensure the correct company’s products and services are delivered to partners in a timely manner;
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics;
Explore potential partnerships with new partners.
Handle other duties and responsibilities as defined by management;
Develop the business: work on data analysis, presentation deck, viral marketing, growth hack, contract clauses, pricing, etc.;

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor/Master. Priority is given to candidates who have degrees in Marketing, Business Administration, etc.
Experience:
3- 5 years’ experience in business development;
Have working experience in the Fin- tech, E- Commerce, or Start- Up Industry;
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements;
Understand about business model, operation in marketplace business.

Partner empathy, negotiation, partner relationship management, presentation;
Able to analyze data and make predictions based on both data and intuition;
Able to adapt to new challenges in a dynamic and fast- paced environment;
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
Have ownership and teamwork skills.
Speak English fluently.
