Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in B2B sales to drive the growth and expansion of our SaaS digital workplace products. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in business development and sales within the SaaS industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development Strategy
Identify and target new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments.
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to meet company growth objectives.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and identify potential partnerships.
• Sales and Revenue Growth
Lead negotiations and close deals with prospective clients.
Drive B2B sales efforts to achieve revenue targets and growth goals.
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
• Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Gather feedback from clients to improve product offerings and service delivery.
Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Marketing & Product Knowledge
Represent GapoWork at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Educate clients and prospects on the benefits and capabilities of GapoWork&039;s solutions.
Create and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and sales materials to potential clients.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the SaaS and digital workplace sectors.
Provide input and feedback to the product development team to enhance product features and functionality.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Contribute to a collaborative and high- performance team culture.
Work closely with cross- functional teams, including marketing, product development & customer support.
Mentor and support junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
