We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Game & Digital Content Team, under Online Payment Business Unit. This role will require a strong understanding of the gaming and content industry, negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain high- impact relationships.
What you will do
Perform other tasks as directed by the direct manager.
Support to ensure project implementation is on schedule and handle issues arising during service integration.
Take responsibility in negotiations, persuading partners to sign contracts, and providing post- signing partner support; regularly review to ensure all partner services comply with legal standards.
Lead presentations on services and collaboration models within the company and in external events.
Analyze trends in local and international Game/Payment market to identify development trends and MoMo’s payment compatibility with the industry, serving as a basis for formulating effective business strategies.
Manage, maintain, and build strong relationships with Game publishers, relevant government agencies, and departments.
Understand partner needs regarding products/services related to payment and partnerships for revenue and user growth.
Draft contracts, appendices, and product documents, to approach and introduce collaboration models to partners.
Act as a liaison between partners and internal departments to promote revenue growth and increase customer usage of services according to the plan.
What you will need
Personality: Independence, attention to detail, logical and clear thinking.
Experience: Minimum of 3- 5 years in the Gaming industry in a business development or partnership role.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and relationship- building abilities.
Knowledge: General knowledge of the online payment market, eCommerce, etc.
Education: Bachelor degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or fields related to the Gaming industry.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and strategic planning.
Planning & Project Management Skills: Ability to plan, organize, and manage large- scale integrating projects (B2B, B2B2C models).
