Senior Business Intelligence

SUMMARY:
Senior Business Intelligence is responsible for calculating and determining business metrics. Assisting other departments/business roles with enhancing and conserving various management reports.
JOB DESCRIPTION:

Ad- hoc Reporting Data Analysis duties or other responsibilities when required
Evaluate and define business metrics
Support various business functions with the development and maintenance of various management reports, analyze them, and deliver actionable insight
Provide deep- dive analysis report & recommendation on service performance, highlight any trends, patterns, or changes that may impact the overall conversion of specific strategic business use cases

Experience in MySQL, BigQuery, and PowerBI is compulsory.
Strong analytical thinking and the ability to learn quickly with a can- do attitude.
University degree in Information Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Economics, or a relevant field.
Fast learner, quick adapter.
Advanced Excel skills with knowledge of Power Query, and Power Pivots.
Excellence in written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
Above 2 years of industry experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics role with proven business impact.
Knowing statistical programming languages (Python, AirFlow, Airbyte) to manipulate and draw insights and ETL data from large data sets is a plus.
