Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Role Summary:
GFT is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior BI Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Advanced Analytics and Business Intelligence. The ideal candidate will not only transform complex data into meaningful and actionable insights but also influence strategic decisions and mentor junior analysts. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our product and business teams, providing the necessary data- driven insights to drive decision- making and strategic initiatives.
Key Activities:
BI Dashboard Development: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive BI dashboards from the ground up, ensuring they meet the needs of various stakeholders.
Analytical Leadership:
Analytics and Modeling Pipeline: Manage and run the existing analytics and modeling pipeline, generate results, and perform rigorous validation to ensure high- quality outputs.
Strategic Influence: Work closely with senior management to provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis, contributing to the company’s overall business strategy.
Required Skills:
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a BI or Growth Analyst, preferably in early- stage high- growth environments.
- Demonstrated experience in Business Intelligence, including:
- Expertise in Statistical and Quantitative Analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Data Visualization techniques and tools.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing junior analysts.
Nice- to- have requirements:
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLM) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) is highly desirable.
- Advanced degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science) is a plus.
