Senior Business Transformation Executive

We are looking for a Senior Executive to join our Transformation Team, where the current focus is on Finance Transformation and will gradually shift to Business Transformation next year. This role suits someone who enjoys solving problems, working with cross- functional teams, and making practical improvements to how things work day to day.
You won’t be expected to lead big- scale strategic changes alone—but rather play a strong supporting role in driving, following through, and stabilizing improvements in how teams operate, especially with the support of technology.

Lead or coordinate end- to- end process improvements, including:o Suggesting and/or liaising with teams to implement more automation.o Simplifying processes and policies for better user experience.o Ensuring the right level of control is embedded within operations.
Maintain regular 2- way communication with related departments to ensure alignment.
Work with stakeholders to identify practical changes that can be supported by technology.
Act as a “Change Agent” – challenge the “status quo” and help drive changes that lead to better integration, efficiency, and internal controls.
Support transformation initiatives, starting with Finance and expanding to Business Operations.
Provide hands- on support in rolling out new workflows or tools.
Follow up on actions to ensure changes are implemented and sustained.
Prepare simple reports, presentations, and documents to communicate progress.

Experiences:

Big 4 audit background preferable
Others: Preferred familiarity with local and international standards or best practices relevant to the Retail sector.
3–4 years of experience in business operations, consulting, digital transformation, operating process improvement, or a related area.

Qualifications

Professional Certifications: ACCA or CPA certification is a plus.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Auditing, Accounting, Finance, or related field;
