Senior Buyer

- Support the purchasing function and other relevant departments and communicate any supply problems which may impact business operations
- Ensure to have required legal paperwork/ contract for import and export
- Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
- Build, maintain and manage vendor relationships and keep up good communications
- Source new products, new vendors to expand the products line for the company
- Manage and supervise a Purchasing & Sourcing team in all aspects of purchasing processing
- Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching
- Keep track of contracted purchase amount and ensure purchases are in line with specified cost, quality, and delivery targets to keep a good relationship with vendors
- Assist in negotiating contracts, improve prices and terms of business with vendors, and review opportunities

- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Deep understanding of the market cosmetic (experience in the pharmaceutical industry, dietary supplement, skin care preferred)
- Possess a University degree
- At least 3- 5 years relevant working experience in cosmetic international buyer
- Capable of understanding trends and negotiating with key external parties
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in using ERP System e.g. Odoo or SAP, QBO
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Proficiency in English.
