HR Admin Tasks
Follow up labor contract/ annex expiry and proceed contract renewal
Prepare labor contract and C&B related documents

Support the C&B Team Manager in on- boarding and termination process including documentation preparation, communication to related department, exit interview and onboard/off- board checklist

Ensure accurate and up- to- date employee data base as well as completion of employee’s personal profile

Payroll (internal staff and service contracted people)Coordinate with department to get approved timesheet for monthly payroll Calculate monthly payroll and get all required approval for payment Process monthly payroll payment

Send monthly payslip to employees.

Others

Generate and submit periodically reports to local authorities at their requests

Other tasks as assigned by HR Manager.

Support the C&B Team Manager in managing and communicating KPIs

At least 03 years of professional experience in human resources or related services.
Solid on- site experience.
Must possess effective communication skills (written and verbal).
Good understand of local labor law and regulations.
Candidate must have Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Economics or related fields
