Being responsible for implementation of the C&B policies in compliance with labor law and Company regulations.
JOB DUTIES
Be responsible for implementation of C&B policies:
Supervise and evaluate the adherence of employees to time attendance and working time regulations.
Communicate and provide consultations on C&B policies and regulations to all staff
Manage the timely settlement of payments for resigned employees.
Monitor the enforcement of policies regarding annual leave, overtime, and other company regulations.
Address and resolve inquiries and complaints related to employee salaries, bonuses, and benefits.
Calculate and ensure the accuracy of monthly payroll, allowances, and bonuses in compliance with company policies and labor law.
Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness and suitability of C&B policies, and proactively raise concerns or suggest improvements if any.
Be responsible for implementation of Social Insurance tasks:
Represent company in working with relevant local government authorities for related tasks and duties.
Monitor and track all updates regarding Social, Health, and Unemployment Insurance (SHUI).
Process insurance claims for employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Advise and guide employees on procedures and benefits related to social insurance to ensure employees are well- informed and receive optimal rights and benefits.
Complete necessary documentation and procedures for employee enrollment in social insurance.
Compare updates with monthly records provided by the Social Insurance office.
Be responsible for implementation of PIT tasks:
Manage the monthly registration of PIT for employees.
Prepare a list of employees who must pay PIT, fulfill and ensure the obligations to pay and declare PIT periodically.
Make annual PIT finalization for employee.
Represent company in working with relevant local government authorities for related tasks and duties
Provide PIT documents for employees upon request.
Be responsible for implementation of performance management tasks:
Monitor and implement Annual Review program on a yearly basis.
Monitor and coordinate with stakeholders regarding KPI implementation and assessment.
To support implementation of Labor Relation policies and regulations
Support building and reviewing policies, procedures.
Provide advice, recommendations on legal employment matters, company policies and regulations.
Support to handle employees’ relations, disciplinary issues.
Support management of labor contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and adherence to labor law.
To support in HR management
Other tasks as assigned by Human Resource Manager.
Manage related documents under ISO regulations and work on ISO audit requirement as company schedules.
Support other members on related tasks upon request
Recommend, implement and ensure HRIS updated timely.
