Mô tả công việc

We are seeking a talented Senior C&B Officer to join our dynamic HR team. The Senior C&B Officer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of compensation structures, benefits administration, and compliance requirements. They will also possess excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Conduct regular market analysis to ensure our compensation and benefits packages remain competitive and attractive to current and prospective employees;
Design and implement compensation and benefits programs that align with the organization&039;s strategic objectives and competitive market practices;
Prepare job descriptions, job analyses, job evaluations, and job classifications;
Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, social insurance, well- being allowances, and other employee perks.
Maintain accurate and up- to- date employee records on HRIS, ensuring that changes in employment status are promptly reflected;
Provide training and guidance to junior members to enhance their competency and performance.
Manage the administration of employee compensation effectively and timely, including monthly payroll, salary benchmarking, personal income tax, incentive programs, and salary review processes.
Provide guidance and support to HR Business Partners and managers on compensation and benefits- related matters;
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits administration, and make recommendations for continuous improvement;

Yêu cầu công việc

Ability to work effectively in a fast- paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
A minimum of 3 years of experience in all Compensation & Benefits matters, including payroll, social insurance, personal income tax, and benefits program;
Exceptional problem- solving abilities and communication skills, with a proactive attitude toward addressing challenges;
Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite (Doc, Spreadsheet, etc.) and experienced using HRIS;
Shows initiative and has a strong work ethic.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
Good English communication skills;
Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management in companies with over 500 employees;
Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations;
Trustworthy, responsible, detail- oriented, and organized;
Strong quantitative and analytical skills;
