Senior C&B Specialist

- Involve in C&B annual activities & project assigments.
- Support reporting & workforce analytics.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and overall company policy.
- Review, evaluate current/new policies and procedures relating to compensation & benefit to ensure compliance & relevant. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and overall company policy.
- Processing monthly payroll in smoothly & accurately operation.
- Work closely with Finance and Accounting Department to reconcile all costs: Salary, PIT, SHUI, Sick leave claims and Trade Union.
- Manage employee data & employment documents to meet internal & external requirements.
- Ensure payments are processed accurately and timely.
- Handle employee queries related to salary & benefit with high customer service mindset.
- Provide advice to employees and stakeholders about labor laws, company policies, regulations & practices to ensure compliance.
- Managing, follow up & complete other processes related to employees&039; payroll such as resignation handover, internal movements, onboarding documents of newhires and ensure that all related supporting/approval documents sufficiently filling in HRIS.
- Responsible for monthly PIT declaration, annual PIT finalization, monthly SHUI & medical insurance declaration.

- Knowledge of Labor regulation- Payroll, SHUI, Tax- Performance management- HRIS operations
- Skill: Communication- Data analytics & planning- Teamwork- Problem solving- Stakeholders management
- Proficient in Excel/ Google Workspace
- Minimum of bachelor&039;s degree, major in Human Resources is a plus.
- Characteristic: Detail- oriented- Positive thinking- Digitalization & continuous improvement mindset.
- Minimum of 3 years working in payroll, compensation & benefits.
